WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT.



Our Return Policy:

Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a Lovely Lily Mae Gift Card.
We must receive your return within 14 days of your order date to be eligible for a refund. 
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, non-altered, pet hair free, with all tags attached. Please include your package slip with the return.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If items are sent back past the return policy period, the customer is responsible for return postage.
Shipping charges are not refundable.

Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item for another size or different product, you must first return your unwanted item back to us. After we receive your return we will then inspect to make sure the item is in a returnable condition. 
Once approved you will be issued a store credit via a Lovely Lily Mae gift card. You will then have the ability to place an order for the desired size or product using your store credit.

Defective Items:
All defective merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Merchandise that has been washed, worn, or altered in any way will not be eligible for a refund.
